Returns All products are guaranteed to be without defect! If not satisfied, customers may return an item within 30 days from date of purchase for refund of purchase price less shipping cost. You must include this in your return packaging. Indicate a reason for your return, or if an item was damaged in shipment, the condition of packing materials upon the arrival of your destination. It is not necessary to return the original shipping materials to us so you may use your own shipping materials. Items must be in unused original condition and packaging or they will not be accepted. TAXES Alabama customers are subject to sales tax of 8%. HANDLING AND INSURANCE Minimal Handling charges are applied to large shipments. Insurance, if not included in your shipping choice such as with Express Mail, is otherwise optional but highly suggested for Domestic US packages! INTERNATIONAL orders will have insurance added automatically into the shipping price. Once packages leave our warehouse, the shipping carrier is entrusted with responsibility of the safe delivery of all packages, and although they do their best to fulfill their obligation to the customer, loss or damage can occur. Since the delivery of parcels to the assigned destination is the responsibility of the third party carrier, we are not liable for lost or damaged goods. We will gladly help to the best of our ability in tracking or reporting lost or missing goods, however, any damage must be registered and reported by the customer to the carrier company for replacement or reimbursement. In our experience loss or damage is unlikely, but we think the small nominal insurance fee would be a good investment. Craftersnet will NOT replace or refund damaged or lost items if insurance is not added to an order. FedEx will automatically cover your purchases up to $100.
